STEAM Honors Design and Development Senior Capstone Project
INTRODUCTION TO STEAM
In the STEAM program students address issues they are passionate about, in order to develop innovative solutions that can be implemented in the real world. For my senior capstone project, I chose to focus on limiting waste in the food industry, specifically single use gloves.
ABOUT ME
My name is Brianna Brunner and I am a senior at Anoka. Outside of the STEAM program I am involved in lacrosse and volleyball. I work at LifeCafe which is what inspired this project. Next year I will be attending Anoka Ramsey to complete my generals before transfering to a four year school where I will be pursing a degree in biosystems engineering.
